Giving birth is hard on your body and can leave you with a very sore vaginal area, whether or not you had tearing. While your doctor can prescribe something to ease the pain, you can find relief at home with a pad or cloth and some witch hazel.
Just saturate a few pads with some witch hazel and toss them in the freezer. Wear larger recovery panties so they don’t get stuck to your skin.
