After recently surviving the switch to one nap a day, one blogger shared some helpful tips for a smooth transition. Although your little one can power through more of the day without a nap, you might need to push up bedtime. Be sure to keep a snack on hand, particularly during the time when your child would normally be napping. It also helps to keep them busy during this time. While it is good to be flexible to an extent, be sure to always respect the nap time so you don’t have a cranky kiddo.
