It can be exhausting to be an introvert in this hyper-connected world. It is also exhausting to be a parent. How can you take care of your needs as an introvert when you’re a married stay-at-home-mom? Find time to do something for yourself—or just do nothing. Say no to making plans once in awhile and don’t feel guilty about it. In fact, banish guilt about caring for yourself altogether. In order to care for others, we must care for ourselves.
