Mom’s Postpartum Life

Life after pregnancy is complex and has many layers. You spend time re-adjusting to your body, developing a routine with your baby, and your relationships evolve. A recent blog post by Mrs. Cereal on HelloBee examines her feelings after having her second baby and how things have changed over the past three months.

While Mrs. Cereal says that her body is beginning to feel like her own again after losing the baby weight, she would still like to continue to lose more weight and feel healthier in general. One of her biggest struggles is coming to terms with the idea of being done having children. While she is relieved to be done experiencing gestational diabetes, the thought of not going through the baby stage again makes her sad. She is also adjusting to being back at work, balancing the feeling of missing her kids while enjoying being able to do her work.
