On her son’s sixth birthday, mother Gino DeMillo Wagner asked what he wanted. And after years of seeing his sister love her “American Girl” doll, all he wanted was an “American Boy” doll. The only problem is that those dolls don’t exist.
But just because reality is being annoying isn’t going to stop Gino. Instead, she found a doll – a Madame Alexander with the same color eyes and hair as her son – and modified it for him.
