Every Halloween, every child gets to run outside and become whatever they want to for a night, and then they get rewarded for it with candy. It’s actually a really sweet tradition when you think about it. But then it becomes November, and you have another costume that you don’t know what to do with. And every year the pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger…
So how do you keep those costumes from just sucking up space? Julie Ryan Evans from sheknows.com figured out 4 WAYS TO REUSE OLD COSTUMES. Thinking ahead to next Halloween is a step in the right direction, but it doesn’t even have to be a costume again. Why not REPURPOSE THEM AS DECORATIONS NEXT HALLOWEEN? But if the costume was a favorite, then your kids can play with it every day with A DRESS-UP BOX. And if you guys just aren’t feeling the costume anymore, then you can always DONATE it or participate in a COSTUME SWAP.
Just because it’s not Halloween anymore doesn’t mean that costume you got for them has to go to waste.
