The American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists aka the ACOG has released a new set of recommendations for mothers-to-be when they feel like exercising.
The new report suggests between 20 and 30 minutes of exercise a day, most days of the week. It also highly recommends speaking with a physician before engaging in any routines.
