The new changes to their system allows two weeks of paid parental leave for new fathers and adoptive parents, while providing ten weeks of fully paid maternity leave for birth mothers. And considering how little other companies provide, that’s really good.
It’s a huge change for the industry, and should give lots of other companies something to keep in mind. It’s an incredibly good policy, and here’s hoping more places keep it in mind.
