One of the realities of having multiple children is learning the differences that develop between children when they’ve got an age gap between them. For example, two of my children (my son and my eldest daughter) are only a little over two years apart, but there’s a solid seven years between my eldest and youngest daughter. Friends of mine have kids all around the same age as one another, and some age gaps are in the double digits. But what’s the best age gap?
