If you bring a baby on a flight, it’s not unexpected for them to cry a bit. It’s a huge experience for even adults who’ve never flown, so it’s certainly a big change for babies. We’ve all heard about jerks confronting parents over screaming babies. But in honor of Mother’s day, a JetBlue flight celebrated those screams.
Passengers on a recent flight through JetBlue were introduced to the FlyBabies campaign, which awarded a voucher for 25% off any flight any time a baby screamed during the course of the flight – every time, for everyone on the flight. That means after the fourth time a baby on the cross continental flight cried, each and every passenger was awarded essentially a free flight.
It can be next to impossible to make that path with babies, but it’s nice to see JetBlue helping parents out to celebrate the holiday.
Now we can only hope they do that every year. Learn more about the program (and how great it really is), right here.
