Pregnancy sleep can always be more difficult than you ever really expect it to. But then you have a newborn – which is a WAY different version of difficult.
But which is more stressful on your body?
Michelle Stein with babycenter Blog recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and made sure to chart her body functions with a FitBit during the pregnancy.
But even after the birth, she kept up with the routine, because a question was nagging this experiences mother – what had her sleeping less? The pregnancy, or the new born?
