When going through a divorce with children in the mix, it is important to keep them in mind. Their minds are impressionable, which can lead to a lot of problems down the road if you cannot find a way to be civil with your ex in front of them. Most importantly of all, don’t talk bad about your ex or put the kids in the middle of the conflict. Also, make time for them and don’t worry too much about what the other parent is doing. Just learn to be happy on your end.
