Babies may play an important part in lessons of mindfulness. While watching a baby learn and develop one can learn how the child responds to stress and uncertainty. Learning how the baby does this can provide an insight into techniques that we as adults can learn as well. Some may understand this better than others as it is a perception of how easily a small child will just “get over it” and simply move on to the next engaging task.
