This Mother Battled an Eating Disorder While Pregnant

Pregnancy can be, and usually is, a huge stress on the expecting mother. But for some, the weight gain is the hardest part. With fifteen to forty pounds being the normal weight gain for the average woman, women who are vulnerable to eating disorders may relapse during this stressful time. Thirty one year old expectant mother shared her story of what it was like to battle her eating disorder, first in high school, and again when she became pregnant.
