Heartburn is an incredibly common issue with pregnant women and like all things pregnancy related their are a million myths about how to solve it. However, this myth may be the most counter intuitive of all. Apparently, the best way to avoid heart burn during pregnancy is to not eat during meals. So, when over the counter meds, cutting out certain foods and other measures don’t seem to stop the fire in your belly, maybe consider skipping the drink with dinner.
