Many women don’t realize how much their “normal” will change after having a baby. The BabyCenter staff put together a list of 12 tips to make adjusting during the first few weeks a little easier. Tips include being sure to get into a routine as soon as possible and being willing to accept help from your husband, mother, in-laws, etc. Above all, it will really help to have a supportive group of moms nearby to turn to when you need them.
