With your bundle of joy, you’ll eventually hit familiar roads. One of the most exciting/annoying ones is potty training. Yay, no more diapers! Boo, all those accidents!
But as you raise your child, your parents are going to throw in their two cents.
There is proof that psychological tendencies are passed down through generations, but does that mean the old family tricks to get potty trained are perfect?
Probably not. It varies, from child to person to parent. So be willing to listen to that advice from your elders… but don’t be afraid to ignore it if you have to.
