Stay at home Mom Carrie Chapman, while trying to figure out a low cost costume for her two daughters, had a great idea. Or, more over, twelve. She ended up designing twelve difference costumes for her children, all of them low cost and based off one of the characters in their favorite books. Ranging from the top hat and whiskers of The Cat in the Hat to the adventurous Coraline, the costumes are adorable and affordable, and exactly the kind of thing parents and children alike can enjoy.
