Bad Sleep equals Bad Kids

A recent study published by Developmental Neuropsychology have found links poor sleeping habits when a child is 1 to attention and behavioral problems by age 4.

Professor Avi Sadeh, the lead study author, went into more detail, saying There may be genetic or environmental causes adversely affecting both the children’s sleep and their development… our findings, however, support the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of sleep problems in infants and young children.”
