The Charter Day School in Leland, North Carolina is going to court, and it’s for a good reason.
Many schools that enforce school uniforms allow girl students to wear pants in lieu of a skirt, but the North Carolina school refused to make an exception. Parents were annoyed with the situation, and now the ACLU is taking the school to court over the issue.
