Erika McClaugherty Swenson is a working mom, juggling her career with Oswego Creative and taking care of her daughter. With a second baby on the way, her coworkers did something amazing.
They straight up set up an entire room for her and her children, including a couch and crib for mom and baby respectively. It even includes blinds for privacy.
