I think is great that our children have minds and opinions of their own, but sometimes parents need a break. Meditation could be the answer. Even the most rambunctious of children may take a crack at meditation. Whether it be at the local yoga class or just breathing and meditating at home. Your child will feel refreshed and so will you. Even if it is just ten minutes a day, it is worth the re centering of everyone.
