There are quite a few couples out there who would make great parents, but are unable to conceive by themselves. Surrogates are the heroes to these couples. Being a surrogate is a very intensive process for both sides. There are stringent physical requirements for the surrogate and they must follow guidelines set forth by both the clinic or hospital helping with the process and the future parents. It is best to be familiar with all of the rules before agreeing to the process.
