When it comes to breastfeeding there are lots of myths. One popular myth is that nursing will make your breasts sag. This isn’t true-that comes with age, not nursing. Another myth is that size matters and that if you have inverted nipples or breast surgery, you can’t breastfeed. There are plenty of misconceptions when it comes to pumping and how often a newborn should be fed. Bottom line, every woman and baby have a different experience, and when in doubt you can always contact a lactation consultant.
