Lamar Austin was fired from his company after missing two days of work for his son`s birth. Since then the man has grown in support and has had some better job offers as well. He’s been offered an apprenticeship by Denis Beaudoin, the business manager from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Concord.
