Rhode Island is proposing a bill that may soon make it illegal for parents to leave children under the age of seven alone in a vehicle. These parents could face large fines, loss of their license, and even jail time if they are caught and while many are for this new bill, many are saying that you cannot put a law on parenting and common sense.
