During a time where airline customer service is under fire Finnair stepped up to help a Mother who was traveling with her four boys, two of whom were infants. Because regulations require the infants to be able to sit on a lap the Mom would not have been allowed to fly with the boys as she was short an adult lap for one of the infants. Thankfully an off duty Finnair pilot stepped in. He was also taking the flight and agreed to provide the extra lap for the baby and some relief for the Mom.
