Sleep soundly knowing your baby is sleeping safely

Newborns sleep most of the day. Almost sixteen hours a day in fact. Here are some tips to help make sure your child is sleeping well. Put your babies back against a flat surface while they sleep. Share a room with your baby but not a bed. Make sure your baby has a crib to sleep in. There should be nothing in the crib aside from the baby. There might be a risk of suffocation if there is a toy in there.
