Children are precious and moments must not be wasted. We often try to find time to squeeze in a workout or other task when we have kids but don’t always succeed. At times, it seems best to leave your child with someone, an aide or caretaker of some sort. But you have to ask yourself, is the time spent away from your child what you want? It is important to remember that children grow up so quickly and you don’t want to look back with regrets having missed a moment just because you wanted to get a workout or other task accomplished without your child clinging to you. It’s good to remember that the most precious moments are those when we realize that, to our children, we are irreplaceable.
